"You did your best, Erin, dear.", Snake grinned, "And thats what matter. Plus, 432 was just a useless dragon. No one will care if he's gone. We will now have more food and water."

Snake smiled back, patting Erin on the head.

Bree, full of anger grabed Ember and threw her into Shade. "Worm!!" she growled.

Shade screamed, feeling Ember crash into him. "Ow..."

"S-Shade..." Mier said, very hurt "Get... Out of here.... Take the other dragons.... I'll be fine..." "You're a sly little fox, you are" said Bree, teasing and putting her feet in Mier's wounded neck.

"No reason.", Snake replied, shrugging.

"Me?", Snake asked.

"I'll come back, Mier!", Shade replied, "I don't care if I get killed saving you, I will!" Shade then picked up 432 and dashed away.

Bree chuckled with her victory "It seems that your would-be-savior abandoned you, my dear sister..." she said, patting Mier's head with her big claws, it was even giving more wounds "...Not much of a hero, it seems... Now then! Why don't I introduce you to my friends? After all, my friends are gonna be your friends as well, dear sis" Mier growled but it was no use... Bree won and Mier would be tortured until she agrees to join the hunters.

Shade returned to Aunt Lora's house. His who body was shaking, bloodied and scraped. He dropped 432, laying down in the green grass. Tears swelled up in his eyes.

Ocean looked out the window. "Shade!", he let out, opening the door. "Aunt Lora! Shade's here! And hurt!"

"What? So soon! That's a relief!" Aunt Lora said going outside. "Maker's blood, what's happening?! You're bleeding!" Aunt Lora said, shocked.

((Snake?))

"Shade... where's Mier?", Ocean asked. "And...who's that.."

Shade looked up at the two, angered and scared. "Mier....I....left...her....", Shade's eyes closed, releasing one tear after another.

432 heard voices of people he didn't know. He looked up at them with his blurred eyes.

Snake lightly punched Erin's shoulder, laughing.

"Mier...? Oh... Maker help us..." said aunt Lora with a sad face. "Shade, can you still walk? If you go to that barn, I'll take care of you and use some old medicines I learned from Mier's parents. And who is this fella?" Aunt Lora asked, looking at the prisoner 432

"432.", Shade sniffled, sitting up, "I stole him from the lab."

Ocean stared in horror, "Why did you leave her!?", he asked.

432 gave a small wave to Aunt Lora and Ocean. He sniffed the air, it wasn't like anything he ever smelled. It was clear and sweet.
