^ May not know that making the munching movement will cause your stomach to produce acid to absorb the "food" that supposely you're chewing. However, since you never swallow a gum and throw it away, the stomach has the acid hanging there, and it may damage it after a time. Not sure if it's true, but it does make sense, since I study a lot of this in Biology. But I never tried to see if it's true or not xD
